Packaging

We pay special attention to packaging to ensure that our products are safe during all stages of transport. Each slab is individually packaged using proven materials that provide reliable protection against damage.

The type of packaging and its cost are agreed upon when placing an order. Please note: the cost of packaging is not included in the price of the product. For international orders, INCOTERMS cargo insurance is available (CIF, EXW), which provides additional protection for your goods.

Receipt of goods
Upon receipt of the order at the transport company:

• Check the product for damage
• Make sure that the order is complete and corresponds to the accompanying documents
• If defects are found, draw up a report documenting the condition of the cargo for possible claims or use of the insurance case
